    We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Equity Derivatives Broker. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop a career in the fast-paced world of financial trading, specifically focusing on equity derivatives. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and support to build the necessary skills and knowledge for success in this dynamic industry. The role will initially start in London and then move to Dubai.

    Responsibilities:

    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct research on equity derivatives markets, including stocks, options, and futures.
    • Analyze market trends, news, and economic indicators to identify potential trading opportunities.
    • Assist senior brokers in preparing market reports and presentations for clients.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including institutional investors, hedge funds, and high-net-worth individuals.
    • Communicate with clients to understand their investment objectives and risk tolerance.
    • Provide timely updates and recommendations on market developments and trading strategies

    Trade Execution and Order Management:

    • Execute trades on behalf of clients in equity derivatives products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Monitor order flow and market liquidity to optimize trade execution and minimize slippage.
    • Work closely with trading desks and operations teams to manage trade settlements and reconcile transactions.

    Risk Management:

    • Assist in monitoring and managing risk exposure related to equity derivatives trading activities.
    • Implement risk mitigation strategies and adhere to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
    • Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines.

    Continuous Learning and Development:

    • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge of equity derivatives products and trading strategies.
    • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting equity derivatives trading.
    • Proactively seek opportunities for professional growth and skill development within the organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
    • Strong interest in financial markets and derivatives trading.
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools is a plus.
    • Previous internship or work experience in finance or trading is preferred but not required.
