Description
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the Directors and Hiring Managers to understand fully the planned roles and build a roadmap for successful placements.
- Ensure control of budget spend.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies for roles
- Provide support and training to managers around recruitment/interview processes
- Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
- Help with the onboarding of new hires.
- Monitor new hires once employment has commenced
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruitment consultant or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of fullcycle recruitment process.
- Strong IT skills.
- Friendly, professional communication style.
- Proactive, energetic, goal orientated.
- Committed to excelling in your contribution to the success of the organisation.
- Demonstrate honesty, openness, and integrity in all your actions.
- Take ownership of your role and work for the success of the team and its reason for being in business.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary:
£45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sheffield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Recruiting: 3 years (required)
