Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the Directors and Hiring Managers to understand fully the planned roles and build a roadmap for successful placements.
  • Ensure control of budget spend.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies for roles
  • Provide support and training to managers around recruitment/interview processes
  • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
  • Help with the onboarding of new hires.
  • Monitor new hires once employment has commenced

Skills & Experience Required:


  • Previous experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruitment consultant or similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of fullcycle recruitment process.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Friendly, professional communication style.
  • Proactive, energetic, goal orientated.
  • Committed to excelling in your contribution to the success of the organisation.
  • Demonstrate honesty, openness, and integrity in all your actions.
  • Take ownership of your role and work for the success of the team and its reason for being in business.
In return you will receive a salary of between £45,000-£50,000 pro rata (depending on experience)


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
£45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

  • Sheffield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
