    We are partnered with an impressive Investment Management firm, based in The City, seeking an experienced UK Wealth Sales professional to join their team. Focussed on strengthening relationships with investors, and broadening engagement with the firm to protect and grow assets.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Investor engagement – Support and broaden engagement with the research teams across our UK wealth investors to solidify and promote the Firm's buy rating
    • Map and engage with portfolio managers across our UK wealth investors. Better understand and inform these teams in order to protect existing assets but also identify cross-selling and new opportunities for growth.
    • Map, coordinate and support the engagement with key committees and other teams (e.g. investment and asset allocation committees, product, platform and responsible investment teams) across our largest UK wealth investors to better understand, inform and strengthen relationships.
    • Support the engagement with the UK regional offices of our largest UK wealth investors through
    • Ensure existing investor needs are met; coordinate activity across the business as required and ensure sufficient and robust investor coverage and analysis to achieve this. Continually identify and address ways to further develop and strengthen The Firm's engagement activity and team/business processes.
    • Investor servicing – help to ensure that the IR team maintain a high level of service and responsiveness to investor queries, DDQs/RFPs and other investor requirements. As a small partnership, that operates a team-based approach to investing and investor servicing, collaborate closely with other team members on this effort.
    • Investor engagement strategy – collaborate with the CEO and other IR team members on optimising and implementing an investor engagement strategy.

    Key Requirements:

    • Extensive Sales and relationship management experience, primarily with large UK wealth managers in London.
    • Connectivity and relationships across both research and portfolio manager teams at large UK wealth managers.
    • Ability to manage relationships effectively and collaborate with teammates to achieve a common purpose.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit, adopting a small business mentality – 'we're all in this together'. Ready to help team members with any task.
    • Aptitude to develop skills, fielding questions on the Fund and investment approach from investors.
