Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Real Estate Associate (3-4 PQE+) to join their Bristol office.

The ideal individual will have trained with an establishedregional, city or national firm and have gaineda good overview across a broad range ofreal estate transactions - notably freehold; leases; You will be able to demonstrate a consistently strong academic profile and some regional ties to the Bristol area arepreferable.

You will have the opportunity to develop your own caseload but also to work with more experienced colleagues on larger projects.

The team's client base includes large landed estates and other landowners, developers, charities, universities and schools, lenders, businesses and private individuals.

Managing an agreed caseload of clients in conjunction with the senior solicitors and Department Manager Processing clients' cases on a timely and cost effective basis
Maintaining the highest professional standards in accordance with the firm's objectives and comply with the firm's quality standards
Supervising junior staff, particularly trainees, from time to time.
1 degree Have completed training at a recognised and respected firm
