Finance Manager - SME | Hybrid Working | Wetherby | £28,000 - £35,000


Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Wetherby bases business that are looking for Finance Manager to join their team permanently.


You'll act as the sole member of finance, reporting directly into the board you'll hopld responsibility for everything from the preparation and presentation of management reporting through to full maintenance of the purchase and sales ledger, as well asprocessing monthly and weekly payroll's.


Ideally you will have experience within a similar role within an SME environment, and be either a QBE Accountant or part-qualified (they will offer study support).


Duties will include:


  • Preparation and review of management information, including management accounts, forecasts and budgets
  • Presentation of management accounts to the board
  • Processing purchase and sales invoices
  • Processing monthly and weekly payroll
  • Credit control
  • Supplier statement and bank reconciliations
  • Acting as the main point of contact with auditors
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the new system
  • Undertake data interrogation analysis and reviews
  • Develop strong working relationships with sales and operations team

Person:


  • You will enjoy the variety of a finance role within an SME
  • Confident communicator with experience dealing with senior business stakeholders
  • Experience producing management accounts
