We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products based on customer needs
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others

Salary:
From £24,938.98 per year
