The Responsibilities:


  • Conduct research on clients and sectors to identify key priorities and win themes for the opportunity qualification process.
  • Develop persuasive first draft answers/responses, making use of information from the proposals library, to be reviewed by the Proposals Manager.
  • Managing responses from content contributors from across the firm to ensure win themes are communicated.
  • Maintenance of the firm's library of proposal collateral and developing content where gaps exist and capturing content from proposals submitted.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Proposals to support proposals initiatives and achieve strategic firm, and clientspecific plans.
  • Work closely with members of the wider MBD team to deliver specific initiatives according to tightdeadlines.
  • Previous experience working within a proposals/bids position ideally within a professional services firm.
  • Strong level of written English language.
  • Experience working with proposal automation software.
