Blue Legal have partner with an international law firm finding them an exceptional Marketing and Business Development Manager to sit in their finance team.
This role is great for someone with core banking and finance experience looking to take a lateral move into a position which offers great senior stakeholder management and the opportunity to drive marketing and business development strategy.
The Responsibilities:
Lead the development and fine-tuning of group business development plans and client targeting strategies in collaboration with the group leadership team.
Drive strategic growth campaigns with the marketing team, overseeing follow-up activities and ROI tracking.
Manage and oversee the BD budget, identifying costs for planned activities and ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
Provide pivotal pitch support, assisting in client presentations, pitch preparation, and tracking successes, while soliciting feedback.
The Candidate:
Demonstrated success in business development within an international law firm or professional services organisation.
Flexibility and adaptability to collaborate effectively across functions, establishing trust and credibility with partners.
Strong project management skills to handle multiple responsibilities amidst competing priorities, tight deadlines, and evolving business dynamics.
Proven leadership ability with experience in delegating tasks to relevant team members, including specialist teams like Communications and Marketing.
Proficient communicator capable of engaging professionally with senior leadership, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
