    Description

    Senior Project Development Managers (£80k - £95k DOE plus bonus/benefits)

    Project Development Managers (£60K - £75K DOE plus bonus/benefits)

    London

    Circular Resourcing are working with a number of Solar/ BESS Developers and IPP's (independent power producers) across London to identify Project Development Managers, and Senior Project Development Managers to join their team.

    All of the companies I'm supporting are in strong periods of growth and are looking for candidates with previous solar/BESS development experience to help them continue their UK market growth through both greenfield and co-development activity.

    I have one opportunity that could be considered on a completely remote basis, the rest there is a hybrid work pattern that can be flexible for each candidate.

    Responsibilities:


    • Pro-actively manage projects within your portfolio to ensure successful progress through the planning process.


    • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress in terms of programme, risks and provide financial updates re spend vs forecast.


    • Prepare and issue application for payments to sub-contractors monthly.


    • Act as first point of contact with the wider project team of specialists, consultants, and legal advisors.


    • Participate in regular meetings with the other Development Managers to coordinate & review current project pipeline, and identify new projects to add to pipeline.


    • Participate in site visits and community consultation events, representing the company.


    • Attend meetings with stakeholders to ensure appropriate progression of the projects.


    • Keep fully informed of key market developments and industry news to quickly identify insights for risks and opportunities for the project pipeline.

    Requirements:


    • Demonstrable experience working within the UK Development Sector. Ideally Solar AND/OR BESS.


    • Knowledge of financial forecasting and controls


    • Experience managing programme with Microsoft Project
