Job Overview
As the Business Development Manager - Potato Products, you will be responsible for driving the international trading of potato products, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining excellent customer relationships in the global market.
Develop and execute business strategies to expand international trading of potato products.
Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities for french fries and speciality frozen potato products.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with global customers and suppliers.
Manage and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of products.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed business decisions.
Skills
Proven experience in international trading, particularly in the food industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategies accordingly.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in international trading or business development.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
