The role
We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who is a self starter, who can actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. As an experienced business closer, you will win, grow and develop your clients into global accounts.
Ideally you will be required to be from a sales travel related background from either Serviced Apartments, Travel Management Company or Hotels. The role will include selling to HR, Mobility, Travel or Procurement in mid to large international corporates.
The role is end to end sales and a very proactive role, so you will need to be an experienced self-starter – you will research leads, pitch to potential clients, generate meetings, attend meetings, negotiate rates, close and manage accounts. We work with an uncapped commission structure that rewards a proactive approach to lead sourcing and an insatiable desire to find new clients.
