We are looking for an experienced Clinic Operations Manager for an independent Dermatology & Aesthetics clinic in London's Harley Street.

Headed by one of the UK's leading Dermatologists & Aesthetic Doctor, the clinic was established 15 years ago. The business is split 50/50 between Dermatology and Aesthetics.

You should be aware of clinic regulations, and you will make sure that health and safety policies are met and hygiene standards are maintained.

You will also produce management reports, deal with clinic suppliers and external agencies, ensure that client records are accurate and up-to-date, and manage customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

You must have experience of managing a private clinic or have comparable experience gained from a similar high-end environment, and be able to demonstrate that you have successfully managed a team of staff, and business performance and operations.

Ideally you must be a graduate with a good eye for numbers and finance.
