Description

Our client is looking for a Property Inspector to join their team in Dundee. This role will include checking inventories; completing inspection of their rental properties and move out reports.

Job Duties:

Complete Property Inspections throughout Dundee
Prepare and complete inventories and move out inspections of rental properties;
Carry out spot checks as required by Property Manager
To achieve KPIs around deadlines; profit and margin; company growth and volume;
Identify immediate repairs required across the rental properties
Identify and work in partnership with Contractors throughout Dundee

This is a temp role for 6 months. The hours of work will be Mon-Fri (although there may be occasional weekend and evening work dependant on rental needs)
