- Closely monitoring all outgoing orders and checking acknowledgements, delivery dates etc.
- Checking delivery dates, acknowledgements, worktop plans and confirmations etc to help eliminate errors prior to order/delivery/installation.
- Liaising closely with Sales to help gain an understanding of each individual client following the sale and prior to the installation.
- Visiting site regularly to oversee projects and to ensure the client is satisfied throughout the installation process.
- Covering the showroom when necessary, including introducing clients to our service, booking appointments, and answering the phone.
- Organising delivery/installation/collection of any 'misc. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to converse at all levels, via telephone, email and in person.
- Full UK driving licence.

Simon Acres Recruitment is working with a well-established kitchen retailer who are looking for a Kitchen Project Coordinator to join their long-standing and experienced team based in Surrey.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9.Working 1 Saturday per month.
Preparing client project pack following the sale.
