As a mutual, supporting our customers and paying their claims comes first.

As a local agency of NFU Mutual we deliver a first-class service, and sell their product range across our region, to customers old and new, who are at the core of everything we do.

We champion the personal approach to customer service that NFU Mutual are famous for. Handling general customer enquiries, policy alterations and renewals by phone.
Selling new NFU Mutual insurance policies to our existing insurance clients and new customers to the NFU Mutual.
Introducing NFU Mutual Financial Services products to new and existing customers.
Support with general office administration duties.
Minimum of GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).

While previous experience within the insurance or financial industry is a benefit, it's not essential as you will receive full training.
