Responsibilities:


  • Assist in an Financial Compliance activities
  • Monthly closing process for the consolidation of the P&L and Balance Sheet
  • Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts the consolidated entity
  • Review and evaluate sales and lease contracts and make sure these are compliant with U.S GAAP policies and procedures.
  • Coordination of the monthly leasing reconciliation
  • Monitoring all compliance and following up on non compliance
  • Balance sheet reviews and internal audits
  • Participate in business process improvements
  • Support Financial Leaders with anything compliance based

Requirements:


  • CIMA/ACCA
  • 2/3 years experience
  • Audit background
  • SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) desired but not essential
  • Knowledge of US GAAP (desirable)
  • SAP or comparable ERP system experience.
