    As the Business Development Manager you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, expanding our client base, and fostering strategic partnerships.

    We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base.
    Utilise various channels, including digital marketing, social media, partnerships, SEO monitoring and events, to generate high-quality leads.
    CRM development, management, and execution.
    Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the leadership team.


    Partnership Development:
    In depth knowledge and experience of key markets of interest (EMEA and North America).
    Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team on potential business opportunities and industry shifts.
    Work closely with internal teams across all divisions, to ensure seamless execution of events, travel, and studio services.
    Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

    Work closely with the Global Development Director and Managing Directors across both offices, to ensure seamless coordination between lead generation and business development strategies.

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable (MBA is a plus)
    Proven experience in business development within the events and travel industry. A strong network within EMEA and North American markets is preferred.
    Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
    Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation tools.
