HELPDESK / CONTRACT SUPPORT

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.


We are recruiting a Helpdesk / Contract Support to join the team located in our Battersea Power Station Development Contract.


Your main duties will include:

  • Management of the Reactive and Planned work tasks via the Helpdesk System
  • Allocation of tasks to engineers, driving efficiencies in how the tasks are issued and closed and the ensuring the level of information contained in each task is informative, useful and wellstructured in accordance with contracted objectives.
  • Proactive updates of the system in line with SLAs & KPIs and liaison with CBRE Engineering Team and Specialist Supply Chain Partners
  • To provide a comprehensive and flexible contract administration service to the contract team and maintain concise records of all CBRE transactions, finance and contract reporting requirements.
  • Raising purchase orders and ensuring that purchase orders are updated when changes required.
  • Production of valuations and presentation of results
  • Contract renewal documentation
  • Production of short range plan information
  • Collating timesheets from engineers, chasing and checking quality of data
  • Contract setup (PPM / System support)
  • Application billing preparation
  • Contract escalation process

Skills and qualifications

  • A demonstrable understanding of the Helpdesk and finance (elogs desirable).
  • An understanding of maintenance and reactive works planning.
  • Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills.
  • Experience of Customer facing roles (residential properties experience desirable).
  • Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Effective time management of numeracy, report collation and distribution, data analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisation and communication ability.
