    The Opportunity

    This post represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a team of staff in Keele University's Directorate of Research, Innovation & Engagement as part of the Apprenticeships and Partnership Learning Team. The Apprenticeships and Partnership Learning Team manage recruitment, compliance and support for DfE and Combined Authority funded skills provision, including Skills Bootcamps.

    The post holder will be the first point of contact for employers who are interested in our apprenticeships or skills offer. As a specialist business engagement practitioner, the postholder will develop a good understanding of our apprenticeship offer and the requirements for employers to guide them through a compliant employer onboarding process. The role will be varied and will work closely with the Partnership Team to support enquiries generated by Sector Partnership Development Managers as a specialist consultant for Apprenticeships and professional/partnership learning opportunities for a range of external and internal events, maximising recruitment and conversion. The role will also ensure that all employers of Keele apprenticeship and skills learners benefit from regular touchpoints and are guided through the journey from end to end.

    The post holder will have a strong background in business engagement or working with external partnerships in an income generating context. They will have the ability to successfully manage multi-partner projects and organise and prioritise workload to manage successful outcomes.
