    A permanent QHSE Supervisor role, based in Portishead and our Southwest Port bases .

    Serve as the primary point of contact for QHSE matters for the Long-Term Projects team.
    Monitor local compliance with QHSE management systems, addressing shortcomings and highlighting trends.
    Support development projects for Osprey, offering guidance and best practice considerations.
    Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HSE data.
    Coach and develop the Long-Term Projects team on QHSE management systems and standards.
    Collaborate with clients and external regulatory authorities as needed.
    Responsible for the Health and Safety and Environmentalaspects affecting self, employees, and projects in your control.

    • Lifting/marine experience
    • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
    Experience in marine, lifting and heavy haulage operations; Basic awareness of planning/logistics processes
    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (computer literacy)
    Ability to solve ad hoc problems quickly with clearly defined solutions
    Quality and detail focus
    Current full UK driving licence
