Cubiq Recruitment is an established IT and Engineering recruitment company in the North West that is currently expanding. We are a leading recruitment agency with an established Tech Division that specializes in four distinct areas, Software, AI, ERP & Healthcare IT. We are looking for an ambitious and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with experience in IT or ERP recruitment to join and grow the existing client base.
Job Outline
As a Senior Consultant at Cubiq your progression route will be to establish your desk and billings followed by routes either as an IC biller or progression to a billing manager position where you will get structured training, support and guidance from experienced leaders to help progress you to a sustainable billing manager and further.
We are looking for 360 consultants who want to take the lead and ownerships over their markets / niche. We already have an excellent brand name in the ERP market with numerous high-profile clients from both large consultancies & smaller end clients.
ERP is one of our major focuses moving forwards so you'll be joining a highly experienced team of high performing consultants with a shared vision. With a dedicated North America team and a dedicated European team, we have options to focus on either market to further develop your career.

Key Responsibilities
• Business development
• Relationship building
• Negotiation and agreement of commercial terms and SLAs
• Development of candidate sourcing strategies; including headhunting, social networking and data-mining.
• Offer management and post placement support
• Produce and maintain external advertising for each vacancy
• Develop candidate network within your designated field
• Arrange and lead customer meetings

Experience recruiting in ERP or niche IT markets is essential. We also have a proven record of cross training consultants from a technical recruitment background that show the right ambition and are open to a new and exciting sector.
