- Maintainaccurate records of student attendance behaviour andachievements.
- QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) orequivalent.
- Specialization in BusinessEconomics or a related field.
- Postgraduatedegree in Business Economics or Education(preferred).
- Significant experience teachingBusiness/Economics preferably at the secondarylevel.
- Proven leadership and management skillswith the ability to inspire and motivateothers.
- Strong knowledge and understanding ofthe business and economicscurriculum.
- Excellent communicationorganization and interpersonalskills.
