We are on a mission to eradicate the economic inequalities experienced by youth, entrepreneurs and non-profit organisations, from underrepresented communities.
We envision a world where no one is poor because of the colour of their skin or their ethnicity.We started out as Money4YOUth in 2014 and rebranded to Money4YOU in 2020 to reflect our expanded focus and reach.

Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to oversee Money4YOU's ongoing operations and procedures. The individual will be the company's second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of business.
The COO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting solely to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
They will have to maintain oversight and control of diverse business operations, so we expect them to be an experienced and efficient leader with a proven track record.

The goal of the COO position is to establish operational efficiencies within Money4YOU and drive extensive and sustainable growth.
Working collaboratively with the CEO, they will:
- Design and implement Money4YOU's strategies, plans and procedures.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Establish policies that promote Money4YOU's culture and vision.
- Manage daily operations of the company and the work of team leaders (IT, Programmes,Communications, Finance etc.)
- Work with the team to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate staff performance and programmes effectiveness by analysing and interpreting data andmetrics
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
- Assisting the CEO in fundraising and business development, programme development andrelationships with partners
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Experience in fundraising and working with a charity is desirable
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills
- Aptitude in decisionmaking and problemsolving

Working conditionsFlexible and remote working is offered. Actual working hours and days are to be agreed on confirmation of the position.
Probation period:
Three months.
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required in order to meet deadlines.
