We are partnering with a Fintech based in central London for a Business Analyst role.

Client: Payments FinTech

Context:

The business is small and growing - currently at circa 50 heads - and have relied heavily on third parties and outsourced services up to this point. They are now looking to build out their own in-house teams as they grow the business.

This role would be their first in-house Business Analyst hire, working closely with the CTO and building relationships across Software Engineering, Sales and Marketing functions in particular.

You will be working with the business to establish BA processes and practices in keeping with Agile and Product that will support the growth of the business as well as the development and delivery of new products.

The successful candidate will have the following qualities and skills:

Self-starter, experienced working in small teams, ideally in start-ups

Experienced working in a Product-based environment alongside software developers

Experienced in setting up and establishing processes

Agile methodology in practice

Duration: Permanent role

Flexibility: Hybrid (a few days per week in Central London office)
