Responsibilities:
1.
Administrative Support:
- Manage daily and periodic processes related to attendance, punctuality, persistent absenteeism, pupil roll, admissions, reporting, parental communication, reports, and raising achievement.
- Oversee legal escalation procedures including SPOTLIGHT, fixed penalty notices for holidays during term time, and referrals to local authority intervention teams.
- Produce data reports for the Head of Year.
- Maintain accurate documentation and recordkeeping, including minutetaking in parental meetings.
- Manage the pupil filing system ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain the Year Team's diary, scheduling appointments and events efficiently.
Data Management:
- Compile and prepare referral evidence to support leaders in working with external agencies.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all administrative tasks.
Communication:
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with pupils, families, staff, and external agencies.
- Provide holistic administrative support to Year Teams, facilitating outstanding impact through effective communication.
Training and Development:
- Participate in extensive training, line management, and mentoring sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Proactively seek opportunities for personal and professional development.
Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and other Microsoft Office packages.
- Familiarity with school management software (e.g., SIMS) is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role within an educational setting is advantageous.

£22,861.06-£35,000.00 per year
