    French Speaking Credit Controller
    Role Title - Credit Controller
    Contract Type - Permanent
    We are currently seeking a French speaking Credit Controller to join our finance team.
    We are a friendly finance team of 10, within an office-based company in South East Hertfordshire.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for chasing Euro and UK debts, accurate and timely maintenance of the AR Ledgers and managing account enquiries.

    Proactively maintain customer ledger following credit control procedures

    • Identifying uncollectible debts and arranging legal collection
    • Regular credit control reporting to senior management
    • Dealing with credit control calls and correspondence
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
    • 2+ years Credit Control experience
    • Experience and understanding of legal procedures
    • Managing accounts with a hands-on approach and achieving settlements whilst maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships
    • Embrace changes in reporting and daily tasks that benefit the finance team
    • Intermediate Excel, Word and Outlook skills
