_IT Support Engineer_

Dartford_

- £25k - £30k_

A dedicated onsite supervision of one resource is required from Monday to Friday, during the working hours 8:30 to 16.30, aimed at the direct support of the workstations, the resolution of incidents,_

- service requests and the assistance of the meeting rooms and videoconferences for the planned locations._

Below are the applicable requirements:_

- _Fixed technical-operational at the site in Dartford_
- _Management of the hand-over and related support for alignment and training of the_
- resources related to the service in case of alternations, absence coverage or additional_
- requests_
- _Availability of temporary and trained additional resources, to enhance throughput, in case of_
- peaks_
- _Use of internal forms and procedures for the management of assignments and asset_
- retrievals_
- _Assessment and inventory of workstations and related devices_
- _Interfacing with external service providers or internal IT contacts for troubleshooting_
- _Interfacing with warehouse staff and other internal departments for the management of_
- asset assignment and collection flows_
- _Flexibility to cover requests for "extra hours" assistance in case of support to meeting rooms_
- or other needs _-_ Availability for non-routine programmable activities on public holidays_
