- Provide administrative support as required by each individual including diary management, agenda preparation, minute-taking and travel arrangements.
- Deal with expenses and invoices as required and maintain financial records on the organisation finance database.
- Manage social media and website updates as required.
- Liaise with wider parts of the organisation as required.
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed correctly and efficiently.
- The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years secretarial experience, supporting more than one individual at a time.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills, including email, database, social media, Teams/Zoom.
- Ability to adapt and multi-task effectively.
- A positive and can-do attitude.
