The role:

The Commercial Co-ordinator reports directly to the Commercial Manager. The Commercial Co-ordinator is responsible for finding and utilising data that improves the quality and quantity of sales.

This means working both independently and in collaboration with the commercial, sales and marketing departments to ensure the CRM and sales reports are accurate and sales are maximised.


The role will involve the use of various data sources to review, qualify and update existing opportunities and updating the CRM system.

The Commercial Co-ordinator will work with the Sales Managers and Sales Co-ordinators to achieve quality sales reporting and will produce both periodic and ad-hoc reports, using Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and other reporting tools.

The Commercial Co-ordinator role involves contacting potential customers, making new contacts for the business, and gathering sales data. This person will also work alongside the marketing team to prospect new customers, qualify leads and support sales growth.

£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
