Job Description_**:

Your role as a Tech Recruitment Consultant is to successfully match up technology professionals to open vacancies within the market, following the process from the first phone call all the way through multiple interviews and past offer stage.
5 specialist teams Software Engineering, Data, Product & Delivery, Leadership, Platform Engineering & Infrastructure.
Business Develop new clients by reaching out to various companies within the technology sector offering your recruitment services.

Insight driven approach

NO coldcalling
Opportunities to organise your own tech events, publish your insights in reports and blogs.

Job Requirements:_

Fun, outgoing, social individual who is looking for a lively, collaborative culture.
Preferably a 2:1 or above from a top 40 university or strong Alevel academics
Evidence of previous work experience including working alongside studies, in difficult jobs or working long hours.
Any sales experience, B2B, B2C, estate agents, insurance brokers etc or previous background within a commissionbased role.
Competitive nature, playing sport in a team or up to a high standard.
Resilient individual who thrives in the face of adversity evidence of bouncing back after setbacks.
