    Therole is Full Time and Permanent and will be workingMondayto Fridayandwill be shifted between the hours of 8.00 am 8.00 pm so could be amixture of some 8.00 am 4.30 pm some 11.30 am 8.00 pm or othershifts in between thesehours.

    Thisrole is office based in Woolston Warrington there is no option forhomeworking.

    Ourclient is actively looking for Bilingual Ecommerce Customer ServiceAdvisors with a passion for providing excellent service to theirecommerce team as part of their Parts Plus Distribution Centre inWarrington.

    Yourprimary role will be to deliver firstclass customer service tocurrent prospective and new customers via all forms of onlinecustomer engagement. You will enjoy working closely with keymembers of the ecommerce and operations teams in a rapidly growingbusiness unit covering continental European regions includingGermany.

    Ourclient is currently looking for people with the following languageskills:

    • Fluentin English and German speaking reading andwriting.

    Role&Responsibilities:
    • Deliveroutstanding customer service by answering customer queriesprimarily via email live chat and telephone for their German onlinechannels.
    • Resolvingcustomer queries received through our clients European eBay Amazonand ecommercewebshops.
    • Resolvingand processing returns exchanges and discrepancies in a timelymanner.
    • Communicatewith couriers with outbound/lost/damaged intransitshipments.
    • Coordinateorders on internal/externalsystems.
    • Coordinatewith external ecommercepartners.
