Location:
Hybrid role with a mixture of home-based working with some travel required to the Bolton office


Salary:
£50,000 - £54,000


About the Company


Our client is a provider of healthcare and assessment services to the UK government and their new Health Division is expanding as they head into an exciting period of growth.

They require a Clinical Lead to support the ongoing bid management, mobilisationreadiness and transformation activity on some of their key government opportunities.


The Role


Reporting to the Head of Transformation this role will be responsible for ensuring that quality and clinical governance standards across the contractual operation are embedded, making sure that they achieve an efficient, effective high quality clinical outcomefor our customer.


As the Clinical Lead you will be responsible for ensuring that quality and clinical governance standards across the contractual operation is embedded, ensuring efficient, effective high quality clinical outcomes for the customers.


As Clinical Lead you will be liaising with key stakeholders to review, revise and evaluate procedures and processes to ensure adherence to contractual clinical requirements and required professional standards.


Oversight and accountability for Quality Assurance activity the Clinical Lead will ensure all clinical staff are providing the correct level and focus of clinical assurance and development across the operation.

Balancing clinical resources to maintain a consistent, and commercially viable operational that delivers with agreed service levels.


As Clinical Lead you will be required to shape and evolve the clinical and quality assurance for new client bids, developing and implementing new frameworks, attending client meetings, and representing the organisation regarding Clinical Quality.


Main Duties

  • Be the architect and implementation lead on all Clinical frameworks and standardised operating procedures.
  • To monitor and report on progress towards achieving strategic plans to promote collaborative working with the Project team, Chief Medical Officer, Head of Clinical Operations, and CSLs.
  • Ensure that operational and clinical objectives are achieved in line with company strategy.
  • Provide clinical and commercial leadership ensuring delivery of a highquality service to customers.
  • Be able to identify and manage all risks within scope of the role and escalate accordingly.
  • Support existing operation and New Business in bids, client presentations and meetings.
  • To provide support to the Head of operations in embedding high quality and governance structure into the operation.
  • Ensure all approvals with financial consequences are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Authority Matrix.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in a clinical governance role or similar.
  • Experience in a peoplefacing roles.
  • Experienced in recruitment and management.
  • High level of competency with technology.
  • Government contract knowledge (desirable).
  • High business acumen


  • Clinically trained

  • NMC registered or equivalent governing body

Salary
£50,000 - £54,000 depending on experience
