    Are you an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director looking for your next move? This agency are filled to the brim with amazing people with a mutual love of brand and the buzz you get from seeing a vast variety of campaigns come to life. They are looking for an equally eager Account Director to join their team and manage multiple campaigns and projects for key clients. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role with 2 days a week based in an incredible, inspiring office space in Leicestershire (but you are welcome to do more if you're a people person and enjoy being in the office) and a salary of £45-50k DOE and a fantastic benefits package including enhanced annual leave, Electric Car Salary Sacrifice, Health Cash plan and life assurance.

    The Role

    As Account Director you will help to develop and maintain successful client accounts as well as nurturing and guiding more junior members of the team. You will develop close relationships with your clients to understand their needs, create excellent creative solutions and exceed your clients' expectations. You will be able to think creatively and strategically on a larger business scale.

    About You

    • Existing experience as a SAM or AD with multi-channel, integrated campaigns
    • Have a forward-thinking approach to all aspects of your work, displayed by a positive, proactive and a can do attitude
    • Brilliant relationship management skills
    • Commercially minded to identify opportunities and develop new areas of the client business
    • Experience of financial management
    • Strong time management and outstanding organisational skills
    • The ability to multitask while working to deadline
    • Be committed to high standards of delivery
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work flexibly to deliver client needs
    • Self-motivated and an agile thinker
    • Entrepreneurial spirit
