    Description
    Do you love effective administration and providing document controller processes in Construction?
    Do you like buliding rapport and supporting Site Project Managers?
    1 year experience in administration in the Construction industry.

    • Knowledge of how construction and refurbishment/ projects are delivered.
    • Proven ability of working a fast-moving team to ensure tha deliver on time, budget and agreed quality standards.
    • Experience of building effective relationships at all of levels, including responding to needs diplomatically and managing expectations.
    • Strong IT skills and experience with a wide range of office and project management IT (Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Aconex etc.)
    • Flexibility willingness to take on varied duties and tasks and on occasion work outside of standard office hours.
    • Are a team player and able to work alone whilst keeping focused on priority issues.
    Monitoring and logging incoming and outgoing information/correspondence.

    • Adhere to document control procedures keeping accurate records and trackers within Excel. Updating Project Specific Trackers.
    • Update and maintain project document system within SharePoint. Take responsibility for the project library, recording correspondence in relation to project packages.
    • Client online parking booking system and VMS. General office support functions
    • Recording Project and Sub-Contractor Meetings with minutes taken during meetings.
    • General understanding of the purpose of drawings and project designs. Raise Purchase orders supporting Project Managers with administration within SAGE system
    • Drafting Instruction to Sub-Contractors.
    • Rasing Project specific RFI's
    • Aiding with the collection and filing of O&M information.
