Additive Manufacturing Engineer

Roles & Responsibility:
"Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures for Additive manufacturing products
Should be aware of below AM Process
• DMLS
• SLM
• EBM
• DED
Knowledge about below DFAM tools
Autodesk, Dassault system, PTC, Ansys, Hyper Mesh, Altair, Simens"
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
>Engineer should be good knowledge of AM products and process
>Should perform Requirements Analysis like Opportunity identification, Part sustainability for AM
>Part selection for Part size, material, weight reduction
>Design for AM: Creation of initial AM design, V&V of design.
>Process design: Creation and evaluation of structure, orientation optimization, nesting, AM simulation, Redesign as needed
Qualification:
BE/B.Tech Bachelor Degree
