    4PointZero helps businesses with their financial systems and processes. We integrate cloud-based finance applications for growing businesses using modern tech and automation. Our office is based in Central London.

    The Role

    This exciting role comes with the opportunity for customer-facing work across consulting and project management. You will be a Customer Success Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for innovative technology solutions, looking to join a friendly, professional, and dynamic team.

    As part of the team, you will work alongside our experienced consultants to manage the implementation of accounting software for customers, interacting with multiple stakeholders to successfully deliver projects and support our clients throughout their customer journey. You'll need a track record of Project Management and familiarity with the Accounting industry. Thriving on new challenges and working in a dynamic working environment, you will be a team player and contribute positively to our collaborative and supportive culture.

    Client Relationship Management:

    · Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

    · Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

    · Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

    · Collaborate with the implementations team to address client needs effectively and ensure successful delivery of business benefits identified in the pre-sales process.

    Software Implementation Oversight:

    · Lead the implementation process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the financial software solution of their choice and changes to their internal processes and controls.

    · Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables to effectively manage consulting team resources across projects.

    · Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation phase, addressing any technical or operational challenges that may arise.

    · Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely and successful implementations.

    · Design internal workflows and responsibility matrices to ensure the implementations process is fully documented and a best practice approach is adopted on an on-going basis.

    · Customer Adoption and Engagement

    · Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and usage of our software solutions to maximize the value they receive from our products.

    · Analyse usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization.

    · Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and recommend additional products or services that align with their objectives.

    Essential qualifications and experience:

    · Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial software or accounting industry.

    · Strong understanding of financial management/accounting, familiarity with financial software systems and experience with project management.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of an organization.

    · Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive customer success.

    · Self-motivated and proactive with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
