    BMW Group Financial Services UK is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst. This role is based at the Summit ONE Campus in Farnborough.

    Quality Assurance Analyst – 22 Month FTC

    We're seeking to recruit a talented individual with great communication, analytical and reporting skills combined with a keen eye for detail to join our business. Are you passionate about improving quality and implementing processes to ensure further improvements? Do you enjoy working with people and building strong relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders across an organisation? As role holder, you'll be acting as day-to-day Operational liaison for Quality Assurance with responsibility for deploying the quality assurance programme as directed by BMW Financial Services and BMW UK. You will carry out calibration quality checks including the measurement and analysis of performance, trends, as well as highlight areas for improvement. You will help assess if the QA programme measure the good customer outcomes BMW seeks to deliver.

    What awaits you?

  • Assist in the set up and ongoing management of the quality assurance programme, liaising with group stakeholders to ensure it meets requirements and observations are clearly communicated
  • Carry out checks throughout BMW Financial Services and BMW UK to ensure good customer outcomes are met
  • Monitor and report quality assurance results, identify trends and carry out root cause analyses to present to high level Management
  • Identify areas of poor performance and high error rates, and work with department managers and Outsource partners to implement clear actions the business can drive forward
  • Continually seek to identify new conduct risks and additional quality assurance through process reviews and analysis
  • Working with reporting analyst to create reporting that will assist in automation of processes including Quality assurance in identifying areas for improvement
  • What should you bring?

  • An excellent understanding of the regulatory arena, financial charging methodology, operational risk and Consumer Duty
  • Experience in performance management and quality monitoring is essential.
  • High attention to detail coupled with a strong analytical capability
  • A proven ability to balance risk with customer focus
  • Proven experience of relationship management and positive influencing skills
  • Able to work on own initiative, prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and multi-task
  • Successful candidates will be required to complete background screening checks and the offer of employment will be subject to results which we consider are satisfactory.
