    Here at GXO, we are currently on the search for a HR Advisor to join our team on our new business win on our Sainsbury's contract, based in Bristol. As an HR Advisor, you will provide HR support and guidance for the site and a range of people related matters including, recruitment, development and employee relations.

    This position is being offered on a full time, permanent basis, working Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (we have some flexibility around starting and end time).

    We're looking to offer a salary of £30,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).     What you'll do on a typical day:
    • Support, coach and advise key stakeholders on all HR issues, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, absence management and performance improvement
    • Assist in devising and implementing colleague communication and engagement strategies across the contract
    • Work collaboratively with Trade Union Representatives
    • Ensure that company standards and policies & procedures are effective and are implemented on a consisted basis across the site
    • Support a reduction in the potential for costly litigation by conducting regular and effective site HR reviews
      What you need to succeed at GXO:
      • Proven experience in a similar HR Advisory role, ideally with CIPD qualifications
      • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment would really help you in this role - no two days will be the same and you will need the ability to think on your feet
