    £38,000-£40,000 plus 30% OTE

    Working closely with the B2B Sales team, you will lead the development of new and existing commercial partnerships in specific market sectors aligned to our overall sales and marketing plan.

    Tender responses – Acting as secondary lead alongside the B2B Sales BDM and working closely with the Bid Writer in the formulation and management of tender responses.

    ~ Strategic Planning - Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
    ~ Aligning Partnership Activity - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to align partnership activities with overall business objectives.
    ~ Contract Negotiation - Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring alignment with Ecotricity's values, policies, and business objectives.
    ~ Campaigns - Coordinate the development and implementation of joint marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales initiatives to drive awareness and demand for Ecotricity's products and services through partner channels.
    ~ Digital Marketing – Work closely with the Digital Lead to create a digital marketing strategy for your partners, including SEO, SEM, email marketing and content marketing
    ~ Sustainability Advocacy – Champion Ecotricity's sustainability mission and values in all partnership interactions, working closely with Senior Sustainability Manager and the wider group strategy.
    ~ Networking - Represent Ecotricity at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, showcasing the company's expertise, innovation, and impact in the renewable energy sector.


    You possess a strategic mindset, coupled with a knack for developing and implementing new partnerships from the ground up, creating comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.

    Your commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices aligns seamlessly with Ecotricity's values, making you an ideal candidate to lead our B2B partnership initiatives and drive positive change in the energy industry.

    Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing or Communications (desirable, not essential)

    Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, analyse data, and develop innovative partnership strategies.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and navigate complex business relationships.
    Passion for sustainability and a genuine commitment to advancing environmental goals through business partnerships.
    Strong networking & relationship building skills – both externally and internally.
