    Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Benefits)

    Contract
    Remote (United Kingdom)
    6 months (extendable)

    Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Benefits module

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with a focus on the Benefits module for a contract position. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementations, specifically in the Benefits module. The role involves working closely with clients to analyze business processes, define requirements, and design effective solutions. Additionally, familiarity with Benefits integration with third-party systems is crucial for success in this role.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead and actively participate in end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Benefits module.
    • Work closely with clients to conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and design optimal solutions.
    • Ensure successful integration of Benefits module with third-party systems.
    • Provide expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation module (Good to have).
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules.
    • Proven experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementations as a Functional Consultant in the Fusion Benefits module.
    • Strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
    • In-depth understanding of Benefits integration with third-party systems.
    • Good to have skills in Fusion Compensation module.
