Summary of Job:

Our client, a leading international moving and relocation entity, is now looking to appoint a Move Manager to join their team in the UK, to be based in Kent, primarily working with French speaking clients.

Primary interface is with the assignees for which the services are being provided as well as the network of supplier partners.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in French and preferably have experience with freight forwarding or move management / household goods.

Arranging of a pre-move survey
Conducting phone surveys when appropriate
origin, freight, customs, destination, 3rd party
Monitoring and tracking of shipment
Ensuring all claim/insurance details are passed to the claims team
Ensure data integrity in operational system
Domestic & Int'l HHG's Forwarding experience

Fluent in French
