    Job Title: Business Development Assistant, Artist & Brand Partners

    Application closing date: Friday 3rd May

    Here you'll get to:

  • Monitor Warner artists social channels for brand related insight.
  • Assist in the lead generation process of identifying brands, relevant contacts and email addresses for the Business Development team.
  • Brand research – prepping the Business Development team for meetings and pitches.
  • Updating key Business Development documentation when requested. This includes the Business Development tracker and Gold List report.
  • Weekly updating of CRM platform.
  • Supporting with brand follow-ups and building artist decks/proposals to send out to prospective clients.
  • Leading on the creation and updating of artist one-pagers and sales tools.
  • Attending team, label and planning meetings, taking notes and sharing info with the wider team.
  • General team and business development finances, ensuring invoices are raised and our artists paid in accordance to contracted timeframes.
  • Be liaison point for ordering and distributing tickets to artist shows.
  • About you:

    · Demonstrate a genuine love of music, brands and culture

    · Have a creative flair and natural eye for detail

    · Working knowledge of MS Excel and Keynote

    · Excellent attention to detail

    · Highly organised and ability to multitask

    We'd love it if you also had:

    · Experience in creating presentations and working with design software.

    · An understanding of the music industry and or cultural brand marketing.

    · Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills.
