PROPERTY SERVICES ASSISTANT (REPAIRS)
The hours for this permanent post will amount to 35 hours per week working Monday to Friday.
The Repairs Assistant will be responsible to the Property Services Officers (Reactive/Voids) for all matters associated with delivery of a generic property management service within a defined area of operation and assist with other areas as required;
To assist the Property Services Officer (Reactive/Voids) and Director of Property Services deliver an effective reactive, gas and void maintenance service to the Association's tenants, sharing owners and owners of factored property;

To contribute to achieving the targets and performance measures set for the Association, the Property Services department and the post.
