Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting some of our highest profile customers across a range of Infrastructure technologies.
- Supporting the DCS Infrastructure engineering team in the advanced troubleshooting of customer's environments
- Managing incidents and problems appropriately within agreed service levels
- Identify Technical Problems and potential Service Improvements across customers Virtualisation and EUC environments
- Participate in an oncall technical escalation process outside of UK Business hours
Key Skills/Experience
- Advanced technical knowledge of Exchange technologies (Exchange, Office 365, ISA / TMG / Forefront, Symantec Enterprise Vault, Mimecast, Websense, BES)
- Strong background with core network, computer and storage technologies in largescale deployments
- Ability to troubleshoot complex, technical, multisite and multidisciplinary problems and incidents
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
