Due to continuous growth, WeBuyAnyPhone are looking for an Ecommerce Trading Executive to join our busy and growing team in Whiteley.

As an Ecommerce Trading Executive, you'll become an integral part of the Commercial Team, ensuring stock is purchased and sold at the correct prices, via the correct channels, in order to maximise business profitability.

This is an exciting and fast-paced environment so you must be highly motivated and able to handle any challenges you face.

The Details:

Location - Fully office based in Whiteley, Hampshire (near Lidl)

Hours - Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (no evenings, weekends or bank holidays)

Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 per annum starting salary + £6,000 per annum OTE bonus


Your role will involve (but is not limited to):

  • Working closely with the Head of Commercial and Commercial team to maximise business profitability
  • Using analytics to gain a strong understanding of market trends as well as the customer journey to optimise trading activity
  • Generate reports on purchases and sales to deliver to key stakeholders
  • Update sale & purchase prices across all channels through effective pricing management
  • Make stock available through alternative channels (eBay auctions, wholesale)
  • Analyse commercial metrics to identify suitable commercial strategies
  • Report on the profitability of stock and identify how profit could be improved

To be considered, you will:


  • Have a degree relating to data analytics or business management, such as Economics, Business Studies, Finance etc.
  • Have spent time working within a commercial environment, having experience with performance marketing & ecommerce would be advantageous
  • Have experience with performance marketing, such as Google AdWords, as well as a good understanding of market trends
  • Be a confident Excel user, with the ability to turn data sets into usable information and draw conclusions, including experience using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data analysis
  • Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Be confident working independently and proactively, whilst also being a team player
