The School and Role

A friendly and exciting federation of schools in Havering are seeking a Primary Teacher for the back end of the Summer 2 term, to join their Junior site. The ideal Primary Teacher will pick up a brilliant cohort of Year 6 children and see the classthrough until the end of the academic year, just as SAT's have finished. The Primary teacher will ensure the Year 6 have a great last few months in school, and will contribute towards their successful transition into their Secondary setting. The school hasbeen under the same leadership since 2018, and there has been notable improvement in terms of child welfare and happiness, attainment within Key stage 2, and the overall standard of teaching and learning across the school. This role will provide consistentwork towards the end of term, and will be at a time when the fun stuff happens

Requirements:

The desired Primary teacherwill have;

Knowledge/experience of delivering to Year
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Be able to deliver positive behaviour management techniques when called upon
