    • Manufacturability: Design for manufacturing, oversee creation of detailed engineering drawings with full tolerance specifications and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality.
    • Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning activities to contribute to product and technology roadmaps. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software engineers, and project managers, to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly with overall product objectives.
    • Project Management: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with timelines and financial targets. Create comprehensive validation and testing specifications to cover all necessary tests pre-production release.
    • Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to select vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of components.
    • Communication: Effectively communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and propose mitigation strategies as necessary.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 6+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on product design and development.
    • Inherent motivation to deliver the best possible results in any environment
    • Proven experience in leading cross-functional engineering projects as well as delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
