    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the execution and achievement of the regional Notifier product supply sales / profit, targets & general business objectives
    • Support the customers to achieve product supply sales & profit targets
    • Support the Notifier team to achieve general business objectives
    • Provide input to the strategic planning and the day to day management of the region
    • Carry out new business development, and instigate account plans
    • To support the customers in developing and converting new business opportunities
    • To provide accurate regional order/sales and profit forecasts on a monthly basis
    • To manage the region using the business management tools available Developing and working to an agreed business plan to deliver the required results
    • Representing Notifier at customer events & Brand meetings
    • Assist in bringing NPI products to market with the support of the UK Notifier team

    Key Result Areas

    • Enhanced relationships with all customers and their staff at all levels
    • Provide information through monthly reports and feedback of commercial activities
    • Accuracy of monthly forecasts for orders, sales & profit
    • Personal performance against agreed activity, sales and profit commercial targets
    • Formulate individual development plans for each customer
    • Carry out commercial Reviews with all customers
    • Presentations at seminars and product demonstrations to groups both large and small.
    • Work with sales leader to drive growth in the region through existing accounts & new accounts

    Person Specification

    • A strong leader who can motivate others with a proven Sales track record
    • An excellent communicator both verbal and written
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to demonstrate Honeywell 8 behaviors and act as an impeccable role model
    • Ability to influence people to win projects and product sales
    • Extensive experience of account management Must be flexible to travel which will include overnight stays
    • A good level of basic education, and high level knowledge of BS standards is essential
    • Able to deliver CPD seminars to a wide-ranging audience, and use knowledge of fire standards to support presentation
    • Proficient in design of fire alarm systems
    • To identify new accounts and on board
