Pure are delighted to be partnering with this high profile and well respected employer in Ipswich, supporting with the recruitment of an HR Business Partner.

Our client is just starting the development of a new operating model within the HR team, and has significant growth plans across the business in the next two years.

This is a critical position that will interecede with various stakeholders and different areasof the business.

As part of a overall People Plan your responsibilities will include working on pro-active initiatives such as talent and succession, resource planning and working in conjunction with L&D to develop people capabilities; whilst ensuring engagement, well-being,inclusion and diversity remain at the heart of the agenda.

You will also have a key role in contributing to the wider People team priorities and agenda.

This is a hybrid working role, that does have some element of occasional travel and has a strong benefits package, including a car.
