Reporting Analyst

Location:
London/Remote Working


Working Hours: 8 hours a day/ Flexible


Salary:
£30- £35k


The IT Operations - Reporting Analyst will support the Operations Manager and Service Management Group in reporting, finance and change management while improving efficiency and streamlining processes.

This role will suit a process-driven individual with strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.


What we want from you:


  • Previous experience in reporting, analytical or finance is essential. Keen eye on detail and reconciliation
  • Adept at problemsolving with a methodical approach to workload planning
  • Proactive mentality whilst being selfsufficient
  • Excellent computer skills including expert spreadsheet, reporting and data management skills.
  • Ability to suggest better working practises to improve efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain good relationships at all levels
  • Enthusiastic and flexible with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills along with decisionmaking and time management capabilities
  • ITIL V3/V4 understanding
  • Desire to look into automation such as Power BI
  • Knowledge of forecasting processes and procedures

You're day-to-day
Key tasks and responsibilities of this role will be split across three main areas:


Operations and Change Support:


  • Deputises where appropriate for the Change manager
  • Organisational reporting support
  • Facilitate the change management process and Host CAB weekly meetings
  • Collection and analysis of data to identify business trends while highlighting opportunities for improvement to the service managers.
  • Onboarding support
  • Drive and support system updates and changes

Finance:


  • Invoicing customers and renewals
  • Reporting on Microsoft spend in Azure
  • Forecasting spend on cloud services

Reporting:


  • Weekly and Monthly reporting on Customer, Operational and System Metrics
  • Strong presentation of Customer metrics with analysis
  • Revenue forecasting
  • Definition and maintenance of project metrics and KPI's
  • Conduct and report on service reviews with customers
